Thigh lifter which is placed around the thigh and secured by Velcro to assist the user to lift their leg up. Extra loop accommodates hand or forearm of user.

Ideal for transferring the leg form one place to another .Easy reposition the leg while sitting or transferring from a wheelchair ,car or bed with the thigh lifter.Double stitched grey nylon taffeta loop with velcro adjusts to accommodate thigh size up to 560mm circumference. Easy grasp D-ring assists persons wit limited hand function or strength.
Help and advice
The user must have strength, dexterity and sitting balance to carry out the task of lifting their legs onto the bed using a manual leg lifter.
Some people use the crook neck of a walking stick or a looped webbing strap to perform the same task.
Manual leg lifters may also be used by individuals to lift their legs onto a foot stool or leg rest when seated.
