Listed here are items - either fixed or variable - which enable your head or feet to be raised whilst lying in bed. Some are designed to be placed underneath the mattress; others to be placed on top of the mattress.
If you are unable to get from lying down to sitting up without being lifted by someone you should request an assessment by an occupational therapist as you and the person helping you may be at risk of injury.
