Help and advice

If you cannot manage reading with equipment, an alternative is to listen to audio books or newspapers. These are available in various formats such as MP3, CD and cassette.

Your local library may loan 'talking books', or there are free postal services available such as Calibre Audio Library. You could also subscribe to National Talking Newspapers and Magazines to obtain audio newspapers and magazines.
