The Clini-Dyne system aims to limit the effects of pressure and immobility by providing lateral rotation and subsequent pressure relief. the Clini-Dyne combines automatic lateral rotation with a low air loss pressure-relieving surface.

It is recommended to use these units in conjunction with bedside safety rails (cot sides), as they have no built-in side protection.
