Positioning cushions
These are large or giant cushions designed for use in multi sensory or similar environments which moulds to the user's body shape.

Help and advice
It is important that these positioning cushions are used with supervision by a suitably qualified professional such as an Occupational therapist or by a Physiotherapist especially for people who require a high level of postural management to reduce the risk of further deformity. As cushions are at floor level they could be accessed via a mobile or ceiling rack hoist or you would need to determine that a person is able to manage to sit and stand up from this low level.
They are also likely to be used for a limited period of time as part of the sensory environment.
