Help and advice

Screen magnifiers may help to reduce the amount of glare from your computer screen if they have an anti-reflective coating.2

An alternative to using a screen magnifier is to use a larger monitor or change your computer's settings (e.g. increase the size of the text and mouse pointer, or increase the colour contrast).3

For further information and advice on magnifying your screen and other topics relating to computing and low vision see AbilityNet's factsheet:Vision Impairment and Computing.
