In this section you will find a range of inserts and insoles designed to be placed inside your shoes to provide additional support or cushioning. Inserts and insoles are available in a variety of lengths and different materials. They are arranged here according to the part of the foot they provide support to, and whether they are designed to provide alignment or cushioning to your foot.

Help and advice

If you experience pain or discomfort in your feet, or have a condition that affects your feet, we recommend you seek advice from a registered podiatrist or chiropodist before considering buying inserts or insoles for your shoes. They can advise you on the right type of footwear and/or inserts or insoles you may need to make your footwear comfortable and supportive. They can also advise you on how to care for your feet and are able to provide treatment on a range of conditions affecting the foot.1
