Mail order for non-standard sized footwear

Help and advice
In many cases, specialised footwear should be prescribed by a podiatrist or orthotist. If you have a medical condition requiring specialist footwear, you may be eligible to have your footwear prescribed on the NHS. You need to have a referral from your general practitioner, consultant or Allied Health Professional for this service.2 Read our advice on choosing suitable footwear for further information.
