Included in this section are a range of aprons designed to protect your clothing during eating and drinking. Aprons cover your front as well as your lap and therefore may offer more protection than a regular bib.1 Many of these aprons have a cloth outer layer with a PVC backing, which helps prevent liquid from soaking through to your clothes. These aprons have a range of fastenings including Velcro and poppers, which may make fastening easier.1
