Lightweight cutlery
The following items have a metal or plastic head with a lightweight handle. Lightweight cutlery usually means an item weighing less than about 45g, or 2oz.1 Lightweight cutlery may assist people with weakness of the arms or shoulders, who may have difficulty lifting standard cutlery.1
Some of these items also have other features, such as larger handles or angled heads, which may make them easier to use.
