Living made easy's kitchen section provides free impartial information on the range of equipment available to help with everyday tasks in the kitchen. This may include opening tins, jars or bottles, preparing a hot drink, slicing, peeling or grating vegetables and using a cooker or microwave. Included alongside the details of the products are a list of suppliers who sell them.
Some of these products were designed for the use of older people, people with a range of disabilities or people who are blind or have sight loss. Other items were designed for the general population, but are included as they have features that may enhance ease of use by all.

AskSARA is the Disabled Living Foundation (DLF)'s free online self assessment tool. AskSARA will ask you questions about yourself and your environment and then offer relevant advice, product suggestions and supplier details.
