Static shower seating, including stools and chairs for heavy-duty and bariatric use. A range of shower seats are included in these sections, some are modular allowing armrests and back rests to be fitted, others can be used in dry areas as perching stools.

Most shower seating has four legs with rubber ferrulles for stability but a few are flat-bottomed which distributes the weight more evenly over the shower tray.

These products are all freestanding, they stand on the base of the shower area. The chair's material will affect their portability and their comfort.

The seat height is important to consider, it will effect how easily the user can stand from the chair. Many chairs are height adjustable.
