This unit allows the user to raise an alarm, if they fear that an intruder or bogus caller is trying to gain access to their property. Alarm can be confirmed to be totally silent.

If you press the button to raise an alarm, the alarm call can be programmed to be silent so that the bogus caller is not aware they are being overheard by your help centre. The call centre will listen to the situation and intervene if necessary.
