The purpose of the Colour Wash System is to create a colour canvas for both relaxation and educational application. Any environment can be flooded with colour through the use of LED lighting and a simple wall mounted colour controller. Select an individual colour to match the mood or preference and the colour will wash over the wall in either a vertical or a horizontal plane creating a calm and relaxing environment, or select a pre-set program and allow the system to slowly phase through the colour spectrum in a relaxing sequence. The Colour Wash System can be incorporated within the mainstream education curriculum for example within drama lessons as well as day-to-day project work. Embedding this innovative colour system into the curriculum creates powerful working environments. For example, selecting an orange wash as a background for work on the Sun or the Great Fire of London or a deep blue to develop work on sea life and the ocean. It has proved particularly effective and beneficial to those with special needs and challenging behaviour.
