The Foam Cast Seating System is manufactured using a unique technique developed by Specialised Orthotic Services. This allows an extremely soft low-density moulded support to be obtained which provides excellent accurate accommodation of a clients postural requirements. Whilst very accurate shape replication is achieve the softness of the material allows for greater flexibility. A degree of movement can be achieved which enhances both the comfort and tolerance for the client when using the system. Features: Outer support - thermoplastic shell with soft versitile moulded foam support system, which is excellent for clients at risk from pressure related problems. Custom fitted stretch covers that can be easily removed for cleaning (machine washable) Tubular interface Client Pelvic/Lap belt. Additional/Optional Accessories: Foam Cast Adjustable headrest Extra Sets of Covers Footrests Range of harnessing Trays Also available as custom moulded cushions and back supports for clients that do not require total body support system. Custom Made Medical Device Suitable for use in transportation (BS ISOO 16840-4)
