With monitoring charges from as little as £1.63 per week, our alarm monitoring charge is the lowest in the UK. Our service also includes unlimited, complimentary access to an expert care advice line for our service users and their families. There are no set-up fees or hidden charges. Our personal alarm service is straight-forward to order, install and use. The service can be ordered on-line or over the telephone and the equipment is sent in the post, usually arriving the next day, Postage and packing is free.The unit is simple to self-install and comes with easy-to-follow instructions. A test call to our Emergency Response Centre will confirm that the unit is correctly installed and the service is up and running. The person using the service wears an unobtrusive personal alarm, either as a pendant around their neck, as a wrist-band or clipped to their waistband. But however it is worn, the important thing is that they can press a button should they fall, feel unwell or anxious and be in need of help. The alarm is monitored 24/7 with over 97% of calls answered within 60 seconds. The alarm equipment can either be purchased or rented, depending upon the package that best suits your circumstances.
